  3. Paused smith squat- 20×8, 40×6, 60×6, 60×2, 40×1 (practicing with on wedge/shoes, keeping foot arch)
  4. Hanging knee raise- 6, 6, 4 (w/ 2s hold at top)
  5. Kneeling cable external rotation- 0x12
  6. FFESS- 0x20 (trying to connect with glutes in full stretch)
