17.03.22- pull @ FPF

  1. SL lying band hamstring curl- Rx10, Rx15 (point toes for best contraction in hamstring [reduces calf involvement])
  2. SA cable curl- 5×12, 7.5×15
  3. DB external rotation (elbow on knee, big ROM)- 5×10, 5×15
  4. Single leg DB deadlift- 20x4x4
  5. Deadlift- 150×7
