  • Treadmill- 5:00 @ 6kph
  1. Adductor- 45x13x2
  2. Lying band hamstring curl- Rx15, BYx5x15s
  3. Toe leg press- 130x8x7 (calf raise on leg press)
  4. Single leg deadlift- 24x8x8
  5. Deadlift- 20×8, 60×6, 100×5 (hamstring starting to twinge)
  6. Hanging knee raise- 6, 6
  7. Leg press (full ROM)- 160×20
