Quick session today. Warming up rotator cuffs were warm so no heavy loading through the shoulder.

  1. SA DB laterals- 5×10, 10×10
  2. Standing SA DB shoulder press- 8×8, 16×6, 24×3
  3. TRX row- 10, 10
  4. Smith row- 20×15 (stretching hamstring out)
