- Single leg calf raise- 6, 6
Weights:
- Single leg lying ham curl- red x20s (iso hold for hamstring tear), Rx8
- Deadlift- 20×5, 40×6 (re-learning set-up/positioning)
- Safety bar squat- 20×10, 50×6, 80×5
- BB stiff leg dead- 40×7, 40×10
- Nail hamstrings on eccentric
- Knees straight(ish), chest proud, get belly between legs (keep lower back arch)
- Nail hamstrings on eccentric
- Pendlay BB row- 40×8 40×12 (keep arched lower back throughout)
