  2. TRX row- 10, 8
  3. KB upsides standing- 12×5, 12×5
  4. Snatch grip deadlift- 20×10, 20×10
  5. Banded leg curl- 30s, 60s
  6. Calf/tibialis rock- 20×10, 20×10
  7. SSB squat- 20×10, 20×10
