Leg/pull (08.10.21)

Today’s session was predominantly legs, but also a lot of work for the back:

  1. Lying leg curl- 1x30s hold, 1x45s hold, 1×25 rep set
  2. BB conventional deadlift- 110×10, 80×15
  3. Smith squats (heels raised)- 110×7, 75×20
  4. Smith bent-over rows (deadstop as low as possible)- 40×15
