    2. Lying cable Y-raise- 0x6, 2.5×10, 5×12, 7.5×10
  3. Incline DB fly- 5×10 (WU), 7.5×4(WU), 10×7
  4. Kneeling SA landmine shoulder press- bar x8, 10×8, 15×6
