Fitness at Home
We have a variety of home training options to suit you. Firstly, we offer in-person training, either mobile at your home/chosen location, or within our private training studio.
We can provide you with a range of equipment to optimise your home workouts.
We can also conduct personal training sessions virtually on the computer through Zoom calls, reducing unnecessary journeys away from home.
Lastly we can offer online coaching options, creating specific training programmes based around your physical or performance goals. Included would be nutritional advice, and eating plans could be produced on additional request.
Mobile
Our in-person home training feature is the most inclusive and optimal method we offer. Not only will you be given a full customised personal training session by one of our expert team, all required training equipment will be included and taken to your desired location. The trainer will ensure social distancing procedures are adhered to without fault, maintaining the quality and cleanliness of equipment.
To supplement these sessions, we can also offer rental of the equipment you found most suitable, as well as writing you a range of workout programmes to be completed alone in between sessions. Furthermore, on request we can train up to three clients- for example close friends or family members- in one sessions, providing the location has room enough to maintain social distancing.

Wellness
These sessions will perfectly suit the older generation. Basic fundamental moves will be included in the session, focussing on the weight of your own body, as well as some joint-friendly resistance bands and light weights. Members of our training team specialise in yoga and body control skills, who would be able to provide you with the guidance to improve flexibility and mobility all across the body. We can help you regain your independence, to make tackling life’s challenges much easier.
Cardio and Tone Up
These sessions types will be aimed at the general recreational trainer, who wishes to improve all aspects of their fitness without any specific performance goals in mind. Included in the sessions would be bodyweight exercises to improve balance and overall mobility. As well as small circuits of light free-weight movements, to improve blood flow to all muscles across the body and provide a foundational level of strength, without negatively impacting joints.
Sports Specific Training
Those individuals looking to take their training up a notch in terms of difficulty and intensity, may prefer one of our more sport specific workouts. Here, clients will be pushed closer to the limits of their physical capabilities by one of our more sport oriented trainers. With PT’s qualified in boxing, for example Boxercise instructors, or more general BODYPUMP style sessions, we will have the perfect trainer to suit you. We can create sessions to target your specific goals, such as taking time off your running splits, or improving mobility to allow more complex weightlifting movements. We can accommodate all levels of fitness and strength, including those dedicated few focussed on strength gains
Small Group Home Sessions
Finally, we are happy to offer clients the option to train with a small group of 2-3 of your close friends or family. As long as the location we are attending has room enough to socially distance between all clients and trainers. Upon contacting our team, we can discuss location, group size, and session plan options, as well as agreeing on a group discounted fee. Whatever your requirements, we would love to hear from you and hope to plan a great session soon!
Private Training Studio
In addition to being able to be mobile to your chosen location, we can offer personal training sessions in our private facility. Our studio is filled with a range of ideal equipment to suit all training needs. A select few machines, and all most important foundational training kit is contained within our thoroughly sanitised gym.
This studio is completely closed to public, maintaining the most clean and safe training environment possible. As a result, places are limited and only available on specific request. We are committed to meeting your training requirements and have a flexible schedule for clients.
Our facility is based in Leamington Spa, so please enquire for more information if within a feasible travel distance!
Virtual Sessions
Our team of personal trainers will push you to your potential through either Zoom or Skype sessions. This ensures you can be flexible when it comes to the environment you wish to train in, whether it be at home or on a long break at work. The trainer will take you through your desired session type, based around any/all equipment you have. Our coaches will also help you by looking into your nutrition and providing you with vital advice on how to eat correctly to maximise your results. You’ll be kept motivated by your coach who will be in contact with you regularly to check on your progress outside of sessions, guiding you to your results. Additionally, we can provide equipment to rent or create some home workout plans to be completed between sessions.
Online Only
For the client who does not require any additional motivation or pushing by a personal trainer, instead an online coach may be more suitable to you. We can act as your port of call for any and all training information, nutrition tips, and general ideas to get the most out of your fitness journey. We can write training programmes specific to you, ranging in total length (e.g. 6-10 weeks) and number of sessions per week (to fit around busy schedules), plus guidance on factors to aim at improving over time. Contact between you and your trainer will be thorough and frequent, ensuring you are never feeling unsure of what to do or how to continue progression.
