As an addition to one of our other home training options, or as a stand-alone rental, we have a range of immaculate training equipment to offer for temporary hire. This equipment will be delivered to your door, to keep and train with for the arranged time.

Prices will vary based on delivery location (from Leamington Spa) and rent duration. A list of example training items is given below.

• Various dumbbells- light fixed weights, moderate weight interchangeable dumbbells
• Kettlebells- range of weight options
• Barbells- light 1” exercise bars, 2” EZ/curl bars, few full size lifting barbells on request
• Weight plates- separate sizes to fit all bar types, 1.25-15kg
• Cardio equipment- some spin bikes available on request
• Yoga mats
• Resistance bands- all varieties
