How It Works
The Process
1 – Please go to our ‘Book’ page and fill in the ‘Start Here’ form. Please specify which service you are interested in via the drop-down menu.
2 – We aim to get in touch within 24-48 hours once we have received your message, though this is dependent on how many messages we receive and may take longer on occasion.
3 a) – If interested in equipment rental, or any other enquiry, one of our staff will be in touch via email with all the necessary information.
3 b) – If interested in one of the personal training options, one of our trainers will be in touch to arrange your free consultation, to learn more about how we can help you. This can take between 20 – 30 minutes, at a time to suit you
4 – During the consultation we will discuss price options, and decide upon a suitable payment method that ensures social distancing is of priority.
5 – If personal training sessions have been purchased in a block, you will be assigned that many credits. Each credit will be removed from your account by your trainer each time you train, to keep track of what you have purchased.
6 – The date, time, and if in-person/delivery, the location of your first session with your coach will be arranged, as well confirming any additional requirements.
7 – On the day of your session you will be given a text message reminder, confirming your time slot and the coach you have agreed to see.
8 – When the session is over your coach will establish a new date and time for your next session as well as taking away one of the credits you have purchased.
9 – Your coach will also check in with you between sessions to see how you are progressing with your nutrition and workout plans (if applicable) they have assigned to you. These will be updated and altered with time on request.
