  1. Adductor- 66×18+2
  2. Calf leg press- 100×10
  3. Seated calf raise- 25×8, 40×6+2 –> 25×5 (5s pause in stretch)
  4. Lying hamstring curl- 41×10+3
  5. Single leg DB deadlift- 40x6x4
  6. High BB squat (with squat shoes)- 140×1, 90×5 (paused)
