  2. SA cable lateral- 7.5x7x2
  3. SA rear delt raise- 5×8, 5×8
  4. SA cable row- 90×8
  5. Dual cable shrug- 5×10, 12.5×15, 12.5×15 (lean forward shrug backwards)
  6. Flat chest press machine- 50×3, 40×10
    1. Hurt L shoulder day after
  7. Shoulder machine- 40×7
    1. Again not happy in L rotator
  8. Vertical plate shoulder press- 10×5, 1ox5
