  1. Smith calf- 0x10, 20×10, 40×10, 60×10, 40×10 (search for pain)
  2. SL banded lying hamstring curl- Rx10, RYx23 (constant tension between reps)
  3. SA cable incline pulldown- 10×10, 20×8, 30×11
  4. Deadlift- 20×8, 60×6, 90×4, 120×4
  5. Hanging knee raise- 8, 8
  6. Trap superset (tight neck)
    1. BB shrug (pause in contraction)- 10, 10
    2. Cable SA shrug (at side)- 10×15, 10×15
