  • Stairmaster- 5:00 @ level 8
  1. Adductor- 50×9
  2. Single leg band hamstring lying- RYx20
  3. FFESS- 20×10 (purely searching for quad pain in this)
  4. High bar squat- 120×3
  5. Leg press (full ROM of lowest stopper)- 160×10
  6. Toe leg press- 160x10x5
