  • DB lateral rotation arc (go through crunch in L rotator)- 7.5×12, 7.5×20
  • Band pushdown SA- Rx10, Rx6

Weights:

  1. Explosive press-ups- 5, 8 (aiming to throw body up in the air)
  2. SA cable cross over (low cable for chest)- 0x10, 2.5×10
  3. SA cable curl (front)- 0x10, 2.5x5x5
  4. L/R leg swings- 10
  5. SA cable pushdown- 0x8, 0x15 (learning to trust R elbow after break + 3 surgeries)
