Weights

  1. Adductor (pin 3)- 79×12, 52×18
  2. SL band hamstring lying- Bx10x3
  3. Hack squat- 100×6 (huge jump here, again purely limited by left ankle and knee mobility, rather than strength)
  4. Calf press- 23×15, 41×10
