  4. Paused high bar squat (double heel wedge)- 20×8, 20×3, 50×3, 80×3
  5. Stiff-leg block pull- 30×8, 30×6, 30×3
    1. Stiff L ankle hard to hold foot bridge
  6. Pendlay row- 60×8
  7. SA flat DB press- 12×8
