  3. Standing DB upsides- 8×10, 12×10, 16×7
  4. Press-ups (BW)- 6, 12, 12
  5. Meadows row- 0x12, 10×12, 20×12
  6. Standing DB laterals- 5×10, 7.5×10
  7. SSB squat- 20×10, 40×10
  8. Hanging knee raise- 6, 8
