Sunday legs:
- Single leg lying hamstring curl w/ band:
- 2×12+
- Straight into isometric hold on last rep
- Smith calf raise
- 1×12, 1×8
- 5s pauses in full stretch
- Deadlift
- 3×8
- Pyramid up in weight, working on form throughout
- Smith squats
- 1×6, 1×16
- Use heel wedge to elevate heels, keeping torso more upright, and the knee through full flexion
- Walking lunges
- 2×12
- Holding DB’s to make tougher, nice finisher for whole leg
Stretching to finish.
